To make a hotel reservation please complete the hotel  registration form   - a non refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation is required to secure your reservation and  full payment  must be made 30 days before the actual reservation date.

 

 


Full payment is required for bookings made less than 30 days before the reservation date.

All participants will receive confirmation of payment of the hotel reservation deposit; however payment of the cost of one night's accommodation does not guarantee a firm reservation in a chosen hotel.  A guaranteed reservation for a particular hotel  is one which has been confirmed by the  CONVENTIONS BUREAU. In the event that the selected hotel is fully booked  at the time of the booking request the bureau will propose an alternative hotel at a similar price. Once the CONVENTIONS BUREAU confirms the reservation the client is obliged to make full payment of the outstanding amount of the price of the hotel accommodation, no later than 30 days before the actual reservation date

Cancellation charges and conditions

  1. up to the  15th  day inclusive before the date of the reservation a !00% refund of all costs is given.
  2. from the 14th  do 10th  day a  50% refund of all costs is given and a  VAT invoice is issued.
  3. from the 9th day inclusive no refund is given for a hotel booking and a VAT invoice is issued for the amount.  All cancellation must be in writing and forwarded to PBP Orbis either by fax or email.
